These Terms & Conditions apply to use of theshopdavis.site and purchases made from Clearmont UK. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability accurately. Product colours and appearance can vary slightly depending on screen settings and manufacturer updates. Where a product is sold under a third-party brand, the relevant trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Independent retailer status

Clearmont UK is an independent retailer/reseller. References to Shark products describe the branded products offered for sale and do not mean that Clearmont UK is the official Shark UK store or the manufacturer unless a specific relationship is expressly stated and supported.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you submit your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

5. Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may contact you if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or other issue that prevents fulfilment. If an order cannot be accepted after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Our current standard UK shipping method is free. Processing and estimated delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Consumer cancellation, return and refund information is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms reduces rights that apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Stock levels can change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate solution or refund the affected item.

9. Manufacturer information and warranties

Any manufacturer warranty, guarantee or product claim described on a product page is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms and the specific model purchased. Your statutory consumer rights remain separate from any voluntary manufacturer warranty.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
